Default eBay file exchange. Who uses it?

I just tried downloading a template to use their bulk csv upload. I spent some time education myself on the fields and how to do it efficiently.

I just tried doing it for the first time with 10 cards. I don't see how it is more efficient than the eBay bulk upload system on the website. The huge drawback is that you have to find a website to host your card images. So it's a whole other layer of steps to include photos.

Am I missing something? I don't see how this can be a better system. Maybe it's not meant for cards?

I am a big proponent of File Exchange and have a very efficient method. Curious what the eBay bulk upload is?

Mind sharing your method? Or is is a state secret? It seems best if you are listing all from the same set.

If you go to drafts on your seller hub there is a dropdown on the right that says "multiple listings" which for me is a lot easier to deal with.

I default everything except title, year, brand, player, and team. I have an idea what price I am listing everything when I list, so I put the most common BIN price and copy and paste it with everything else.

I use the Fujitsu 7030 scanner. Scan 28 cards and upload to Image Shack (28 cards per page on Image Shack). Once uploaded, I sort the cards to list in order on the Image Shack page, so I bulk copy/paste the links to the spreadsheet. Rinse and repeat. I can do about 125 listings start to finish in 1 hour.

Thank you. I wasn't aware of the multiple listings option under "drafts". However, I see that it defaults to the "old" listing page rather than to the "new" listing page.

This is awesome thanks. Also thanks for the tip on imageshack. Hosting photos is what is tripping me up the most.

So I have been trying the file exchange with no success, maybe I am doing it wrong (Obviously) can you use the file exchange to list variation listing, or drop down listings?

What issues are you having?

No, you cannot use it to list variation (as far as I know). In my opinion, file exchange would probably slow down the process anyway with variations, at least in the way I list variations.
