Is there something up with your address? ship to address not match your address on file? shipping/billing address not match? That’s the language people received that were drop shipping.

Nothing has changed for two years on my billing and shipping address. I have stayed consistent. I just don't get this at all.. I'm really not complaining, I'm just dumbfounded because it was crickets when I asked if other mc orders were cancelled... I did nothing out of the norm.. I have used both payment methods before with no problem..I just don't know and they won't answer me.. I asked to be forwarded to a manager to see if they can help me...

sure when they cancel for a specific reason they are gonna use boilerplate language. not saying you did anything wrong but they are specifically calling out something about the shipping address. could be a random message i suppose, but they have to think you did something specific wrong and the email only mentions actually receiving the product.

again not saying you guys did anything wrong, but for some reason they THINK you did.

The only thing I can think of, is its the same address as my 582 address. It's a different name and different CC. My son made some Throwback Thursday purchases on it over the past few weeks with no issues. Just weird, especially if others didn't have theirs cancelled.

Got one email last night and one email about an hour ago.... first one said I violated terms of service.... 2nd one just said "credit memo"

This is very interesting. I bet the vast majority of MC purchases were made on the 24th. Good thinking. I guess that's why you're a doctor.

I bought 3 and all are still processing. 1 with my MC account day one, 1 on the first public release new account, and 1 on the 2nd public release with a new account. Still have my doubts a lot of these are going to stick.
