i hope you picked up a 9 for your collection! i cant imagine a RC collection without a US175 in it .

Picked up a beautifully centered PSA 8 recently with great corners and cracked it to have a raw for the PC. Must have been a surface issue on it that my eyes can’t pick up. Happy to have it.

The guy is slumping!

If you are an "investor" sell out! Saturate the market with a bunch of Trouts and let the clectors capitalize and get Trout cards for cheap.

The MVP is supposed to be someone who not only plays amazing, but also overall makes the players around him better, much like Mookie did in the 2018 season. Trout has been the best player in this MVP years, not the most valuable. Take him off the team those three years and the Angels are in the same place they were before. Not every valuable.

This is the age old false hood about MVP that if you took him off the team they wouldn’t be any better.

If you had a collection of 10 cards and 9 were $100 cards and 1 card was a $600 card you would have a total collection worth $1500, not an impressive collection, remove the $600 card and it doesn’t make it any less impressive.

One guy in the sport of baseball can only do so much. Instead of removing Trout to see that the team still wouldn’t of made the playoffs. Put Trout on the losing team in the world series and see if they would have won it.

This is going to be another no playoff season. Already 7.5 games behind Houston. Even with the expanded playoffs, tough to see how they end up with a better record than three of Toronto, Tampa Bay, Boston, Texas, and Cleveland.

Babe Ruth didn’t make Lou Gehrig better. They were both greats. Mookie didn’t make anyone better in 2018, they had a solid team from. Top to bottom, also had a manger who helped Houston cheat to win a WS in 2017 so there’s that. Coincidence? I’d say not.
