I hate Draymond and Marcus Smart, and I'll hate them right up until they join my team, at which point I'll love them to death. Draymond is an HoFer.

He reminds me of Bill Laimbeer with Detroit. I hated that guy but man he had an impact on those championship teams.

He reminds me of Boris Diaw with an edge. He’ll be a HOFer based on the rings but chance fortuned him to be on that team. When the guns were down, they were lottery

I think the opposite as the OP. We need more Draymond, just another reason why Jordan has a 1-up on most players today, his NBA was tough. Today's NBA reflects on how men believe they could be a woman.

Too many weak-minded individuals these days. It's a societal problem for sure, luckily we are addressing it as a nation, and slowly we will shift back to what is right.

I'm going to avoid this whole debate, as I do in the real world unless I can make a humorous point.

Yesterday evening playing 1-on-1 with my kid in the driveway, he gave me a cut near my left eye that drew a little blood while trying to block a shot.

My kid is worse than Draymond. Heavens, good thing y'all weren't at my driveway watching, you would have been upset and wanted a Double Technical on my son.

These NBA players, 100% of which would beat me to a pulp if we came to blows, are soft much like society!

I think if we translated the NBA to the office, Draymond would be the office backstabber, snitch, the guy who doesn't replace the coffee for his own personal gain in the workforce. A total role model.

I think he'd just be the guy that talks the most crap in the office...just like he does on the court.

He's already under your skin, so you must work with someone like him.

Interesting piece about Pierce ... for all ya Boston fans:

Paul Pierce
Would you have guessed that Paul Pierce ranks top 10 all time in most ejections with 10, including two from playoff games? Pierce didn’t rack up a ton of technicals but he made them count when he did get them. But the dirtiest thing Pierce ever did was a different kind of dirty altogether. Pierce once sold a hard foul so much so that he sprawled on the court looking like he was dying, eventually carried off the court and taken to the locker room in a wheel chair… only to return to the court approximately two minutes later and start hitting shots again. Cheaters are dirty too.

The same article lists dirtiest players in NBA history. Lets burn them all at the stake, we can't possibly tollerate this stuff. Includes Celtics:

Rodman
K. Malone
Stockton
Laimbeer
R. Mahorn
Oakley
Joakim Noah
M. Barnes
G. Payton
P. Beverly
C. Paul
J. harden
S. O'Neal
K. Garnett
K. McHale

I have a weird thing for Draymond.

It's incredible what he brings to the table and I love the game within the game.

But he still annoys the crap out of me by doing and saying stupid things. He needs to be right at the line.

But when he, Klay and Steph are on, it's a thing of beauty. These 3 might come after some Duncan, Parker and Ginobili records (wins and Playoff wins etc

Have you spoken with today's NBA players to get an opinion? Maybe they want the game to return to it's 80's roots. I for one loved it when Robert Parrish clubbed bill Laimbeer.

Let's bring that brand of basketball back!!!
