Default CardFanz Keeps Ultra SP Hit in Player Break

At the very least it should be randomed.

Wasn’t me, just thought I’d share for anyone who might think twice about breaking with him after this.

I’m interested in hearing people’s thoughts on this…. Would/should this be considered a Wander card or not?

It’s just easier to assume the majority of hobby middlepeople are corrupt in some way. Fanatics reducing their number will be a very good thing.

I think it should, but I could hear arguments for it being randomized to all participants. Simplest thing would just be to give it to the Wander spot though.

Of course it's a Wander card.
It's theft if he does not send it.

i can see both sides and could possibly agree with both arguments, so no idea what i think

it is a wander variation card because
-it is numbered the same as the base wander
-the picture (minus the head) is the same

it is not a wander variation card because
-no where on the card does it mention wander
-topps has used the same number for different people in the past

Is a #659 Julio Rodriguez considered a LaMonte Wade Jr card?

So you can use his whole body (minus head) and same picture for countless cards, and you don't think it's a Wander??? OK completely disagree and that breaker is a POS for keeping that card. I will never break with that guy, or let anyone I know...

as i stated in the post, i am not considering it one way or the other.

i just simply threw out the arguments both sides would use.

If he did not designate a mascot spot in his break then this definitely should have gone to the Wander spot. Sleezy

Sorry but anyone thinking that's not a Franco card in this break I'm probably blocking.

I agree! And if Topps wouldn't put this type of unannounced garbage into the set, this wouldn't be a problem.

I’ll never understand why a legit business would ever sacrifice potentially tens of thousands of dollars for a few hundred bucks. For me, the number along with the picture cement it as a Wander card

For anyone claiming they think that this is NOT a Wander card, ask yourself how you'd describe it when you listed it for sale on EBAY.

Thought so.

It’s a Wander card because trying to parse it out on a technicality is obviously a scummy business move you’re going to regret.
