I got my one box. My only disappointment is the fact that the box doesn't look cooler. Topps usually does a great job with the look of their Star Wars boxes; I am hopeful that this is just an early mockup.

Peridot, thank you! I still can't gauge the 1/1. Does not seem to say Papa, almost seems like it starts with a vowel like O or U, looks to have a lower case g or p, and ends in another vowel with 4-5 letters.

I think it's Onyx. Flipped through a defined gem dictionary and Onyx is the only one that visually fits the gem theme with that short of a name and the way it looks. So a black sapphire 1/1 card...that should look rad with any Vader appearance.

Wow they barely made any of this based on the odds. 1 in 117.6 boxes for a 1/1. Isn’t it a small checklist too?

To those who were complaining about the cost of the 2022 MC membership last fall, this one alone might cover that cost by the time it is live.

Roughly 15.5k boxes based on pack odds and 132 card checklist. Right between 2020 F1 Sapphire and 2020 GPK Sapphire.

Said all year it would take something like this to make this years MC Club worth it. It's finally worth it.

Bad news is Star Wars Sapphire is only 1 box per account, probably 100 times factory cost markup, at least double the cost it should be. If it was a distributor only product cost would probably be $50-$80 a box.

If the membership cost $5 to renew MC members would complain it wasn't free.

The monetary windfall of being gifted 5 figures every year by Topps with my memberships outweighs the utter shame and embarrassment of being associated with the entitled brats in this club.
