I am an avid pot smoker. But in NC where I live, marijuana is still "
technically" illegal but Delta 8 and Delta 10 are derivatives created because those who designated marijuana illegal were too specific and specified Delta 9.

Anyhow....Delta 8 and 10 edibles are legal in a lot of states and actually are quite potent. They may be 100% legal in your states and could resolve your husband's concerns with regard to legality.
