I only bought a few PC cards and most I paid around market price.

The one steal I did get was a 2020 F1 Sapphire Verstappen portrait in a CSG 9.5 for $250. That card just sold raw for $328 so was very happy to grab a graded copy for $80 bucks less.

That was indeed the sticker price, but unfortunately I only had about $150 on me that day (spent all my money the day prior on a big card). If I had the cash, I would have insta-bought it for $600. I had a Koufax RC in a PSA 3 though, which comps at around $850, I traded it for the Clemente. So the dealer felt good about the trade based on his sticker price, and I felt good based on what I know the actual values to be

Yeah. I would say like $1200-$1500. I love the Koufax RC, and hated to see it go, but I can buy another one anytime. The Venny Clemente, in that condition, is so tough to find (at a reasonable price).

Either accordingly or disconnected from reality. I definitely found a couple bargains but nothing worth writing home about (though I did find one card that, come to find out, it has no real comp, so we'll see).

I was dumpster diving all week and unless other people got to them first, there were good deals, but I did not find any outright steals (like in the past).

So, I'm going to say a little of both. Dealers pricing things "right" and being late to the dumpster!

Only went on Sunday and the ones I found was mainly the hockey stuff. Seems like the other big three sports were most targeted while hockey was relatively untouched.

What annoyed me was the obvious tactic of "half off" when stuff is marked up 3x. Walked away from a few tables after about 15 seconds that did that.
