Please don't let this person continue to string you along. I'm sure they will be asking for a discount from your originally agreed upon price if the card has dropped now too.

Send it to a reputable auction house.

Don't give this person until 8/5. They've strung you along enough.

And post the name. This person isn't dealing in good faith, is not a good actor, and is not reputable.

Also, thank you for bringing their poor behavior into the light for the community. While I do not have cards at this level, if I did, this behavior would inform me to either not deal with said person, or go into the deal with a more aggressive stance, demanding clear dates, timeliness and milestones that if not met, voided the deal.

Makes me wonder how many other sellers the buyer has treated this way. I realize we're all adults in here, but if you're someone with the means to dangle six figures over the head of an average joe until they cave and give you a steal—that deserves to be called out.

I'm not into holding my position of financial security over your head, trying to make you break so that I can take advantage of the situation I'm putting you in.

If my poor behavior works for me, I'll keep doing it until that outcome stops being favorable.

Shoot. Go to Amazon, buy some tube socks and soap bars/doorknobs, and mail them to the guy "for the Private Pyle sheet party fast approaching ".
