If you guys haven’t noticed I have been on a 1950’s kick lately lots of Americana in that era. What I want to know is what you consider pieces of Americana it can be from any time frame I am just curious to see what people have to offer. With that being said have any of you ever wandered across any towns that it looked like time stood still and it was something you might have seen when you were a kid.

I use Spotify since that’s more convenient than CDs. I used to borrow CDs from the library and burn them to iTunes but not anymore. I replaced my stock CD player in my car for one with a screen so I can see directions and play music. Very helpful. I agree with you on Facebook.

That’s a good idea. You never know when you write down something if it will be the solution to a problem or the next million dollar idea.

I visited Galena, Illinois recently. It’s like the downtown is stuck in the past. It’s nice.

The more I think about it the more this bothers me, what has Russia ever added to pop culture or anything fun for that matter. America is probably one of the most hated countries but at least America has added fun things to society. Where are Russian musical stars and yes they have hockey but hey a ragtag team of college kids beat them in the 1980 Olympics, other than making life harder for the rest of the world has Russia ever done anything that benefits society. Sorry to any Russian people on here this might have offended but I am not really sorry.
