I have a rookie year and 2nd year D Rose game used jersey. I’m keeping the rookie year, but a buddy of mine wants the 2nd year, so I may be willing to sell it. I don’t know where to find values on gamers, which is why I’m looking for assistance.
I’d like to know what a fair market price might be for myself and my buddy so we both walk away happy.
The jersey comes with a Bulls LOA.

How much if a friend is he? Are you trying to get max value? Or come across a fair price? A Detroit gamers sold in 2020 for $7k. That was through NBA auctions though. Those always go higher than the private auction houses. I think Worthpoint will give sales history if you get an account. For something of this value a one month subscription is worth it. You can also google “Derrick Rose jersey auction” and you’ll get some hits from the major auction houses.

You might have to use other players as comps. How does Rose sell compared to a guy like Embiid? Jokic? Lillard? Find some gamers of other players as comps.

I would think a solid deal for both parties would be $5k, but at open auction it could be $8k or more.

I have seen rookie year ones go 8-9k unsigned and 2nd year in the range you’re talking about. He’s willing to pay 4K and I agreed. If he’s not able to come up with it, at least I now have a good idea of value. Thank you all!
