Mine is still stuck at label created even though I got it on the night of the release to the public. I think Aug. 25

I don't think anyone's arguing that it's right. The right thing to do is to pay for it or send it back. If I got charged, I certainly wouldn't dispute it assuming that I still wanted the product. Of course, in the past, Topps hasn't allowed folks to return things they don't want. What's definitely not right, though, is for Topps to force people to pay for something that they didn't order. The bottom line is that you're not on the hook to pay for something you didn't order simply because a company sent it to you. I thought that was obvious.

My one box I purchased about 30 minutes after the start of the public sale was finally received by FedEx and began the Florida to Colorado journey last night. I hope to have it in hand by the end of the month if I'm lucky...

One order created label 9/7 and has arrived at FEDEX location. Other order created label 9/9 and it shows as pending.

Until I see that 9/7 order leaves FL, I won't be convinced anything is happening.

Both these orders received credit memos 9/6 and refunds hit my bank account 9/7. Both show as closed orders on Topps.

This has to be Topps most controversial drop to date...

Well I ordered a public sale box on the morning of the 25th fully expecting it to be cancelled and just received tracking information. I ordered my MC box on the 23rd I believe. Seems weird, hope I don't get skunked again.

Looks like the Lauren Taylor 5 pack of series 1 just shipped or possibly a Lauren Taylor Trout Auto I purchased on the same order.

My Lauren Taylor wave 1 arrived today. 10 packs, 5 Julios, 1 Taylor chase (not auto’d), 5 numbered cards- lowest being /49 Jeter. Fun little rip.

Mine took 9 days from label creation to delivery in the Denver Metro Area. Mine was Montgomery though.

That's good to know! Most of my Topps orders delivered through FedEx have really pushed (or exceeded) the limit of the stated 5-15 day delivery window haha

I have decided that since Topps, after canceling my orders, are now sending me 8 boxes of FF which I haven’t ordered for free…. I do not want to go through the headache and hassles of returning the boxes, so I will be giving them away to people on the BO boards. Once I have them in hand, I will decide who to give them to… for free, as gifts.

Kinda unbelievable that people think these free boxes will stay free forever. When Topps reconciles accounts it will show a balance due and bill customers again. Anyone who thinks that would never happen has no experience with companies fighting chargebacks.

Got tracking on one of my public boxes just now. Probably ordered it 30 minutes-1 hour after the sale went live.

Now to see if the other one I ordered that night goes through.
