If a package is shipped smartpost, they can take the scenic route for a week or more before finally traveling out of state. My TC boxes out of PA did exactly this.

Only if the packages were already at your local Fedex facility. Their delivery estimates are more like wishful thinking and can change at any time.

Without fail, all my Topps orders that ship via Fedex spent 2-3 full days in Florida on their way to me in the Midwest. I bet you recieve it, but probably not the original delivery date.

All my FedEx packages from Topps over the last year follow this pattern. Have delivery date of X. Spend a couple days in Florida and the delivery date changes.

Sure thing.

I mean, we know bots are a problem and we know they know bots are a problem. Fanatics seems to be trying to improve customer service where they can, so it doesn't seem too far of a stretch to imagine that they might be trying to do something about bots. I'd fully expect their first attempt at that to really mess with shipping times.

I have two 3 box orders that show they arrived at Pompano Beach today and 1 other order that arrived there today but shows shipment exception at 3:43 today. I'm still skeptical i'm getting any of these boxes

just got notification my last 2 boxes were picked up.

12 boxes total, charged for 10. There are people out there with dozens and dozens of boxes in route they were refunded for already.

Man…that’s 8 grand worth of product. Topps is going to take a bath on this release if they really sent all of this out and still refunded these orders. It’s going to be interesting watching this play out. There’s no way they don’t try to recoup their losses.

I’m guessing it is possible if they contact fedex? Maybe they will recall the doubled up ones or maybe all including original orders. I am not sure how the mail system works, but surely it is possible with some effort. I wouldn’t be overly upset if they do get it right, though. They have finished all obligations towards me and I’m ready to move onto new products.

Has anyone received their “free” boxes yet? For all we know they could be sending rocks…

For everyone that's seeing shipments on public orders - were any of those canceled initially? I know a lot of public orders were canceled, so I'm curious. Kind of like how canceled MC orders were still shipped.

Yes, my orders were all cancelled. They show closed on the Topps website. (So shipping details haven’t been added there). I track from the fedex emails sent.

Helpful and interesting. Thanks. Seven 3-box orders that I placed shortly after it went live have been canceled, so I wondered if any of them had a chance. Like most things with Topps, it seems as if the answer is anyone's guess (although I'm not optimistic).

they could do it i’m sure but they aren’t going to. They are completely clueless. I don’t think they know which orders have shipped and which haven’t to be honest. Every time i’ve talked to them it’s painfully obvious the customer service team is completely detached from the shipping team in florida.

The one still processing is the 2022 Bowman Sapphire they also cancelled and refunded. Yet, that was never closed. No rhyme or reason.

Sure Topps is incompetent but no one should be celebrating just yet. It may take a few months for them to get around to you so anyone who changed their minds about paying for their orders probably shouldn't have a rip party right now.

I received my one box MC order a bunch of pages ago.

I also placed one order of 3 during the public sale and my card was charged $656 TWICE but I only have one order in my Topps history and email. I also received one order confirmation and one shipment confirmation from Topps. Must’ve dinged me twice for someone else to get the free boxes.

Regardless, on truck for delivery today are three public sale boxes. Likely a hold until I get the double charge figured out.

This FF thing has been interesting. I ordered a box for poops and giggles shortly after seeing the above comment. It was a "hold my beer" kind of moment. Lol. The box shipped yesterday.
