I've seen reference to "five contacts" I should e-mail. Can anybody fill me in on who else besides Hower and Howarth? Requested replacements on some LaMelo autos back in June and haven't heard anything.

Those two you mentioned are the only two that ever did anything for me (send me good replacement cards earlier this month for 2 long standing redemptions I had). I don't think anyone else is even worth trying unless others can speak to recent examples of action.

So what is the cutoff for emailing? 2020 People like me (Cole Anthony Optic RR Blue /49 Auto) should just wait at the back of the queue?

I know that card above has been signed, but guessing it's now gone and i'm #@#@#@#@ out of luck but feel like people are in worse positions than I am.

I talked to someone at Panini customer service today, on my 20 21 steph auto. I redeemed it about 7 months ago. He said the wait time for a replacement is 8 to 10 months, and they could not guarantee a steph auto. Which I pretty much told him that's ridiculous. He eluded to its kinda on the players, which I responded hard to believe that when newer products come out with a steph auto and my card is also last years redemption. Part of me wanted to be abrasive and start chewing him out, but I feel in the long run, it's probably me who suffers.

What set is your redemption from?

I just recently got a 20-21 Revolution Curry auto replaced with a 21-22 NT Curry auto by emailing the contacts that have been mentioned.

Interesting...they told me 2-3 months back in July, which i thought was odd; as i just asked for a replacement, and gave several options for replacements. 5 months later, nothing.

Sucks too, because one is a SGA rookie auto; and i'm sure he's the hottest he's ever been now. Who's to say, they don't just keep waiting till a player drops in value.

I also got a triple auto of Luka/Steph/T. Young from NT. I wonder how badly that replacement will be. I assume like 1 auto /10, instead of the 3.

They said they were only going to hold redemption's for 6 months now too, guess we'll see how that works.

I imagine at some point we get an "exclusive" high product like what they did for Kobe auto's and Mosaic ; for the high end auto's they can't fill.

So far, out of the blue without any communication, I’ve had half a dozen OG Anunoby RC Auto’s replaced with college uniform Auto cards of guys who AREN’T EVEN IN THE LEAGUE ANYMORE and a Dillon Brooks Auto.

Apparently the Isiah Thomas and Arvydas Sabonis Auto’s I redeemed about a decade ago have been replaced and are en route now too. I shutter to think of what I’ll be receiving.

Good riddance, Panini. Not that I have much hope of Fanatics doing anything better… ugh.

Just got a notification that my Kareem Spotlight Sigs auto was shipped. Unsure why it took so long given I've seen a bunch of other copies on the market, but hopefully the 5 month wait is worth it.

Which is wild because they stole OG Anunoby RC Autos from products via their Rewards program, and just added his RC Autos to their store.

You'd think they could just send those cards to you instead. But, Panini are thieves.

Three years later my Giannis Spotlight is replaced with a Curry NT /25. I am pleased. I emailed multiple times a week for the last month. Glad to be done.

Great replacement. It looks like the Giannis might only be worth slightly more, but certainly in the same ball park. At least from the $1000+ cards it sounds like a good amount of people are getting replacements that seem fair. Gotta give Panini a thumbs up of sorts for this, even though most of this situation is unforgivable and an overall F minus.

Giannis is more, but I paid $400 back in 2019. I’m not going to complain. They replaced it with what I asked for (Luka or Curry on card), so I certainly didn’t get hosed by anyone except Giannis for not signing these.

That's the point. If the athlete doesn't sign and Panini needs to send replacement, it is understandable. However, I am getting points and replacements for older sticker autos but the athlete has other sticker autos in recent years. It is basically a scam to not fulfill older redemptions.

I emailed them once and heard nothing. A week later, I emailed them again and within a few hours my ticket was closed and I had the card the next day.

Did you say that you'd be willing to accept a different Curry auto? If not, give that a try and be persistent.

FedEx delivered one replacement for me ....no idea which of my 31 pending redemptions.....but they delivered it to the WRONG house!
