By the way, the county only pays us for calls we run and sometimes gives grants for equipment or apparatus. The majority of the money the departments spend are from donations, fundraisers, and long term investments.

That is a true statement.

The context here is that Sibs and I have a........."playful"........relationship. You asked what he's been up to racking up such a ridiculous post count. That question could have invited a number of the usual sarcastic responses that are often the hallmark of this thread.
