Here’s the description from the PWCC auction..

This item was subsequently re-submitted to BGS for their technical review. Upon review, BGS confirmed that the grade is in conformity with BGS’s current grading standards. This is how pwcc tricks buyers into believing they had the card looked at. They resubmit to BGS to review the grade, which has zero to do with the actual issue of the fake serial #, then they can claim in the card it was “reviewed”.

Scam artists.

Exactly. Maybe rogermaris can confirm but in this situation, I believe both the card and serial are fake.
