That's my main fear as well. My FedEx packages go through Memphis which is notorious for theft. My USPS packages from PSA always arrive a day earlier than estimated and my FedEx packages always are multiple days late.

I have an order in QA2 that has been there for 3 weeks. It is now marked as on hold and that a PSA rep will be in contact with me shortly. Does anyone know what this is about?

EDIT: Just looked it up and it looks like an upcharge is coming

Either an upcharge or in my case I had one where they contacted me to tell me about half of the cards in my order got damaged in assembly. They sent me a list of what the card’s originally graded at and what they would be regraded at because of the damage. They ended up not charging me the grading fees for the ones that got damaged, gave me ‘market value’ for the original grade and a grading credit of $250.

Hopefully yours is just an upcharge though.

Put it in the notes, then highlight it, then circle it, then put big arrows to it. Seriously make it so they can't possibly miss it, because if you don't they may.

Just noticed, my last bulk popping 12/30/22 did in fact get images scanned. Wonder if PSA whole their 22 New Years resolution.

My grades just popped on my second to last order from August. I got a good grading team on this one and even pulled one gem. It's an older vintage lot (mostly Goudeys/tobacco/vintage topps) so it only had five cards in it from the 1990s that even had a chance to gem and one of those was a handcut. Got two 9s, two 8s and a 10 on those five.

Got burned a bit on the 1947 Tip Top, but it's probably a printing error I missed. I'll have to take a look at it closer when it comes back. But I was really happy to pull a 2 on the Old Judge, so it evens out.

Just got a fedex tracking number for my order. It's shipping to my P.O. Box. Anyone else have this happen? Is this a mix up? I'm assuming they're using fedex smartpost, but not sure.

Yes FedEx is the absolute worst. Not happy about this at all.
