Cecil Luna in Kansas with the ebay name patrickhill1965 won 2 cards from me, one $20 and one $90 card. Then will do a return request for the cheap one first, so i accepted, then will do a second return request separately a couple days later. i have no choice but to accept it, but he never ships the second card back, and for some reason ebay says the card was shipped back, he must've just given them the tracking # for the first card that was returned. so now i lost the money and the card. just a warning, put them on your block list!

Seems like eBay should be able to see when he put in the return on eBay, then see he did it after he “shipped” that second card.

Always contact ebay support. Until now they have solved almost any problem that i had. Give them as many information as possible on this case and also report the buyer

Bump. I also had issues with this guy. He’s trying to force a return on a Ja Morant psa9 clearly donruss claiming the psa case is scratched. I asked him for proof and he refused. He then left negative feedback. I offered to give him a refund if he sent the card back but he refused again.

I agree with Jetta; get on the phone with eBay. There are seller protections, but you have to push sometimes to get them.

Dunno if OP still cares or not, but people gotta push n shove n punch n kick eBay .. and even if I win the case these scamming pos addresses, names, phone numbers, social platforms… idgaf everything getting exposed
