Wagner + Banchero is gonna be a problem in a few years. Just need a couple guards who can shoot.

First game all season they were healthy and they kinda dominated the Celts. And for the record, that's 3 out of 4 against Boston this season.

was really great seeing Isaac back out there too. Magic will be a contender in the league in a couple years.

A few thoughts on everything going on...

I don't get why the Lakers traded for more non-shooting ability. Why do they keep going out and getting players who can't shoot. Get something that complements the talent around what they already have., not what they already have. I get that Rui is a solid piece, but I don't like the overall optics when they need shooting.

The Wizards are trying hard to make my ticket for them to make the playoffs at +350 to miss. Why? You have no bench and you trade away a solid bench piece for a junk load of crap. 3 2nd's and Nunn? Wtf?

The Magic in 2 years will be in the ECF Finals. Mark it down. I'm huge on Fultz, but they need a massive upgrade at SG. If they fix that they are hitting the 4th seed next year. Look out.

I'd love to see them try and grab GTJ - Beverly/Christie and a 1st for GTJ - to me grabbing Rui/maybe GTJ allows them to fill some of their free agent holes now and lock down bird rights.

Man I wanted Suggs instead of Barnes. lol. He made a great steal (after he made a bad turnover), I was like wow, ok, but then he pulls up for 3 with nobody at all on the offensive end yet like he is Steph Curry.

Thought the Clippers might have choked at the end too but Russ & Schröder killed the Lakers momentum.

You don't get it? Have you seen their team? Hes a 33-36 percent 3 Point Shooter. That is better than the majority of their team.

Nobody is going to give up someone shooting 40+ percent with some size for 3 second round picks. Especially someone who is still young.

It's so lame that they won't make any big moves - if you have Lebron James you have a window to potentially win - not maximizing that is organizational malpractice.

What's the big move? They can't get anything that makes them a contender with the 2 picks. They could get a good player or two, but that isn't the difference.

Blame Bron for gutting the team with all his bad moves he wanted.

Not anymore. He's still a Top 10 player, borderline, but you can't put two decent players around him and expect him to succeed.

Only chance they have is AD stays healthy for the rest of the season and plays like a Top 5 player. And even then, they'll be a dark horse at best.

I really like AD, so it pains me to say it... but my confidence levels of him just being able to string together 10 games right quick is at an all time low. Of him returning and completing the season? Sh*t, I'm being optimistic but I'd give that a 10% chance? Would absolutely LOVE to be wrong...

Because you are right, the Lakers have a chance with AD. He is everything for this roster, he is the sole rim protection and the only defensive anchor. He is Russ' number one target and when he returns it gives the 2nd unit the punch its been lacking as players move back into the rightful order.

Apparently he is back tonight, plus Rui, so much needed front-court reinforcements have finally arrived. Team has done pretty damn well staying above water without their best player, considering 2-10 start, losing Hillbilly K + Lonnie - key rotational players for weeks now.
