Hi, need to reholder this Sanella Ruth.
How long does PSA typically take to return a $25 reholder level order? Thanks. |

Dec 15- Still in assembly
Its probably a $3-4k card so not real happy that they are holding it this long.

They are taking a long time right now. There is no estimated turnaround time, and it doesn't matter the value of the card, honestly don't see that changing anytime soon. Doing reholders faster results in a lot of damaged cards.

Pay more $ on reholder to get them back quicker. Jump to the $50-100 levels if something is valuable.

Sent in a 1951 Bowman Ted Williams at the $25 level.
Received on 12.14. Hasn’t been “entered” yet. |

I did submit it at the higher service level. Looking at the site it says 90 day turnaround time so I guess Im just impatient. Hopefully I will get this back soon as we are right at the 90 time frame.

Three card reholder order:
11/14/22 - Arrived 11/16/22 - Entered 11/28/22 - Assembly Hasn't moved at all since then. Argh. Awful.

When you click to submit an order, this is direct from the PSA web site showing the turnaround times:
https://www.psacard.com/onlinesubmissioncenter I understand that these are estimates, but if the CS rep knows it's 90 days, then that graphic needs to be updated and is incredibly misleading at best. Not to mention, 90 days to do a simple reholder?? You gotta be kidding me PSA. After seeing some of the posts here, they may even bend a corner in the process. Argh.

90 days sounds about right. I've had ~20 cards in for a reholder since the beginning of Nov 2022.

Me too.
11/14/22 - Arrived 11/16/22 - Entered 11/28/22 - Assembly Hasn't moved at all. This is frankly, ridiculous.

It's makes it even more ridiculous to me that PSA continues to currently list estimated the reholder turnaround time as 30 days, not 90+.

I actually contacted PSA about this since the listed estimated* turnaround time is so vastly different than the actual turnaround time (they still currently show 30 day estimate* for reholder turnaround time, but then claim 90 day turnaround time when you speak to them on the phone or via email.) So why not simply update the reholder turnaround time today on their site to display 90 days if that's what it is? Their answer to me on this? "Oh, that's because when you submitted your reholder in November it was actually a 90 day turnaround shown on our site (lie) and if someone submits a reholder today, that turnaround time has dropped to now 30 day estimate." To me, it's terrible customer service when someone lies twice in a reply to me, and when I know they're lying. LOL It was most definitely listed as 30 day estimate when I submitted my order in mid November, because I was hoping to get it back before Christmas. And I guarantee if I submitted a new reholder order today, I'm not getting it back in 4 weeks, and definitely not getting it back before goodcardz's order. No way. Just terrible customer service all around on this.
