If he's in his own home, I dont see an issue except bad optics for the NBA. It's legal to open and conceal carry in Tennessee. However, you still have to be responsible while doing it. If he was at a club(public place), it's against the law in Tennessee and likely every other state(I only checked TN) to consume alcohol and carry a firearm.

No doubt they have. For sure the agent, Nike rep, Grizz front office, NBPA, NBA, and pretty much all the sponsors have been in his ear a while. And that's what is truly scary. He knew he was on thin ice. He did this right after the Washington Post piece came out.

My bet is his Corporate Redemption Arc will come down to whether Nike thinks the thug market is more lucrative than all the Karens who will be taking his posters off their kids' walls and not giving them money to buy Ja slabbage, much less shoes.

As long as you follow TSA rules, you can bring a gun with you. But not sure the NBA allows it.

Edit: The NBA does not allow possession of a firearm while traveling on any NBA-related business. The NBA also requires any player who owns a gun to provide appropriate documentation that it is legally owned. So the NBA knows whether or not he owns a gun.

I would not be shocked if he brought it on the plane. Do these guys even go thru security? When I have seen Packers showing pics of them traveling to away games they are walking outside to board the plane. So makes you think to all teams use private entries to board planes and if so do they not go thru metal decetors?
