I have been an OG CSG fanboy but my latest sub has annoyed me and has me reconsidering sending anything else but bulk to them.

I sent a super of Bobby Witt Jr as express, wrote "EX" all over the box, and it's coming up on a week since they picked it up before it will even get entered into the system.

I certainly won't be using "express" for anything with them again, SGC would have had it graded and on its way back to me by now.

I may as well have written "take your time" on the outside of the box.

If a card is slightly oversized or diamond cut, CSG has no option but use the plastic sleeve and larger case to holder your card. Look at CSG cards inside the slabs, they fit perfectly while a PSA slab usually has a little more room.

Things look different now since they updated. Things disappeared this morning and now I saw different status updates from before. Could be a glitch in the system. Today it went from "GRADE_FINALIZED" to "LABEL_PRINTED" from the mark as received state it was in yesterday.

Yes the update is different and seems to take a day or two longer because of it.

No images is the worse part of the update. I am at 1 week without images. It is impossible to add my cards to my registry without them.

The probably ship everything back in bulk, so it may take a week after the card show.

They are now documenting every part of the process. My newest update is "SEALED."

My last bulk has been stuck at finalized billed for 2 weeks now. Called this morning to make sure there was not an issue and its just fine.

I've been at "FINAL_BILLED" for a week myself. I expected them to be shipped by now. I also have a mechanical error order that was delivered to them a couple of weeks ago. It doesn't show on my submissions page, but it does show up if I click "update credit card", but it is listed with zero items. Weird

It is great that we have companies like CSG and SGC that actually have customer service, unlike PSA/BGS.

They are still having issues with their systems upgrade. Typically, I have been already had my credit card charged at this point. Still no pending charge right now and I am now at "IMAGED." Not expecting my cards back for a while since I think they have a huge amount of backlogged pending shipments waiting for credit cards to be charged.

They had a big issue with their system rejecting credit card payments. It's why I sent this one with a money order.

Been a full week now, it was delivered to PO Box last Wednesday with "EX" written all over it.

Package hasn't even been opened yet.

Why pay for their higher level service? SGC and BGS would already have it on the way back to me in the mail by now.

Part of me wants them to have more high-end cards in their slabs to give them things to show off and grow the company, but why would I go out of my way to help CSG if they take a week (at least, still counting) to open a box with "EX" written all over it?

It sounds like they are having real issues with scaling up.

This system upgrade is frustrating to say the least. . I like their slabs for my PC, but am holding off sending 10 and a crossover until they fix it.

At the dreaded "FINAL_BILLED" this morning. My credit card was charged, so payments are going through.

I talked to my rep and this issue is much bigger than they are making it out to be. The fact they tried to update all the platforms at the same time is poor planning.

When they missed their update deadline it took them a week to respond. They are definitely losing ground again.

I won't recommend them again after the situation I'm dealing with right now.

Don't really care what improvements you try to make, fulfill your core responsibility to customers first and foremost.

I seriously regret not sending my card to SGC at this point.

I hear you! I only send PC Cards at the moment because of my Kirill registry. They will likely be negatively impacted by this the rest of the year, if not longer. I can only imagine what their CGC customers are saying. They should have gotten in front of this and refund those who used faster service that they missed because of this update.
