Yes, I've had orders move at every stage on both Saturdays and Sundays including movement on an order just yesterday. I think there's less staff, but it seems they work on weekends.

I would shoot an email to customer service with the sub# in the subject line. Typically, it takes 4-5 days to get their standard “wait your turn” response, but I almost always see movement on the order after sending.

I wouldn't say "usually", but I've had a couple recent orders take about a week to get entered.

Looking back at my orders from 2019 and 2020. I was hitting 80% gems all day. Those same orders would be 40-50% now. What changed?

Pop control and new graders are too picky. I'm still averaging 50ish percent now but an individual sub will either be 80% or 20%, you'd think they'd have a way to even out the variation.

They probably heard the rumblings from the general populace that their reputation was "giving out 10s left and right". When new management came in, that was one of the first things they tightened up...and the new bulk graders they hired in the last two years are looking at PSA 10s the same way as a BGS 10 or at least quad 9.5s or better.

Right....my express order arrived 3/22 and nothing since....Stinks for it to be like this for express.

Had a bad GEM rate for my 245 card bulk order that sat in PSA for 13 months in 2021/22, cracked out 7 PSA 9's and 6 came back PSA10's last month
have another 30 from that order that will be cracked and resubmitted this year....horrible situation plus the card damage rate within PSA is ridiculous.

For a gut check, I have had four value and one dual grade order complete through at least grading in the same time it has taken BGS to process my order (or whatever stage it is in). PSA could be better. Sure. But at least they're not BGS

I'm anticipating things slowing down even more this week with the Mint Collective event in Vegas starting on Thursday going through Sunday. PSA will be there grading on site and taking submissions so I'm sure it will take a chunk of resources out of normal operations.

Up to two weeks in QC2 for a 20 card bulk. Another 20 card bulk order submitted and logged the same day hit QC2 two days after this one and I've had it in hand since Thursday. Bizarre

I never understand why vintage takes so much longer for the non review stages. My 5 card order has been in the assembly stage for like 10 days now. PSA missed their mark on this order. Today was the 65 day mark for that order. I am guessing this still won't ship out for another month.

I think I am done with sending vintage to PSA. Will send to SGC instead.

Are you counting total days or business days? 65 days back from today is around 12/25, so if your order was entered around that time, then you're at the estimated turnaround time of 65 days.

2/3 entered mixed Pokémon TCG and Merlin Pokémon stickers now in QA for about 10 days with the list gone for about 5. The last time this happened there were a bunch of damaged cards in the order. Hopefully just coincidence. No movement elsewhere. I'll send them one more small Pokémon TCG order this week then I'm largely bailing out of that segment.
