Try New York / New Jersey. I contacted a 7-Eleven manager in Michigan who went to his DM. The District Manager said that no cards were sent to the Michigan district because the New York district was taking them.

Beckett magazine had where the 7-Eleven cards were distributed. There were just a few areas that actually received them. They are tough finds. I have a couple.
