I had similar service levels but mine took 8 days to enter. It’s been flying through the process since then though. Just wait it out

Shipped a regular and bulk order together.

Both are in arrived as of 6/2, haven't received email from PSA confirming the arrival.

Annoying but doesn't seem like I'm alone based on other posts around the same time. Not the most ideal bottleneck to have.

Quick question, I have a monthly special that arrived to PSA on March 6th and was logged as Order Prep on March 15th. Either way, we're hitting the 13 week mark pretty shortly and mine are still showing as Grading after all this time.

Is there a point where I get concerned about this status or is it more of a PSA will get to it when they want to and there's not much to be done.

Anyone else had issues with PSA orders arriving and it doesn’t even show up on order list ?

Mine was received by PSA over a week ago and doesn’t even show up in my order list yet, wondering if I should call? I checked tracking on their site and it shows they have it.

Yes, the last 30 posts are mostly about delayed order input by PSA. It seems they've got a big backlog, but once the order is inputted, they seem to be rockin it. I've got an order of over 130 in the $15 monthly special category that shows arrived on the 7th. I'm going to try not to get frustrated as long as it shows entered in the next week or so, which it may very well not as I'm sure PSA got an avalanche of orders for the $15 special.

I don’t know about rocking. A lot of the $15 orders seem to be stuck in grading for six weeks or more lately.

You're right, rocking is relative. I got a bulk order back about 2 months ago in less than 6 weeks from door to door, guess that's currently out the window. Whatcha think, 8-10 weeks on the $15 special door to door maybe?

Thanks just went back I didn’t see that. Unfortunate hopefully they’re able to clean that up and everyone’s gets moving again.

10-12 weeks door to door with the delays in receiving/entry, and the grading stages.

The latter. We're the absolutely lowest priority they have right now.

For reference, my 39 card vintage special order:

Still in grading. Hasn't moved in months. Sucks.

Yea txg has really slowed down. I'm going to start sending in groups of 25 instead of 50. Hopefully that will speed the process up.

For those interested, I still have an order in grading since May 1st for tcg. Sports does not seem to be taking as long when reviewing my other orders.

Nice, I'm right at 8 days so hopefully see my bulk get into research & ID soon. Was beginning to trigger my PTSD from the days it took them 2+ months to put into research and ID
