Was cleaning out my closet earlier today, saw a PS2 plus a big stack of PS1 and PS2 games in boxes. Plugged it in just to see if it works and I'm now grinding through Evil Dead: Fistful of Boomstick. Fun game.

Been playing Earthbound for the SNES as I never got around to it back in the day. The gameplay/menu mechanics have not aged well, and I'm not a fan of the art style compared to other 16-bit titles, but the story is both quirky and charming. It has some of the most random writing which makes for a lot of laughs and entertainment.

Also, I'm not sure if others noticed, but Game Boy and GBA games have dropped for the switch now too. There are some awesome titles in the mix including Links Awakening DX, Minish Cap, Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga, and many more. They look surprisingly good on the switch display. I plan to play these some during an upcoming car ride and flight.

I have this waiting for me at the house. Really excited to check it out. First game I have actually purchased in a year or 2. I have stuck to gamepass recently.

I think I’m around 20 hours now. Tons of stuff to do. I’ve only barely touched the map, it looks huge.

Great game so far! Really enjoying the story.

I just finished the 1st trial and only about 8-9 hours in right now.

Would recommend to anybody who is a RPG or Harry Potter fan.

In case anyone is wondering Warzone 2 is a terrible, buggy mess with a decent map.

I “beat” it but haven’t finished it. Then I’m going to play through the different houses.

Playing State of Decay 2 and Dead Island before the new one comes out.

I'm playing RDR2 again. I'm just exploring at a leisurely pace. I had forgotten what a masterpiece this game is.

Is there any advantage to buying the more expensive editions versus the basic one?

It gave you a 4 day head start on playing the game and access to the first battle season or whatever they are gonna call it that you could just pay $10 for at the time. So not really

Sounds like there are some perception issues on this with leveling progression.

I really don't like the mulitplayer aspect of this (I pretty much gave up Tower of Fantasy because it because too hard to progress if you didn't play with other people). I've never been a fan of forced multiplayer games. I know there is a campaign aspect of this, but it sounds like it's a really small part of the game.

I am still early in the game but have not required other people yet to do any of the quests/dungeons etc. You run into other players accomplishing the same quests but I have not had to “seek” a group to do anything so far. Towards the end it might be required more

I don’t get a ton of time to play, so I can easily see myself busy with this game through the rest of this year.

It’s just immense.

I booted up my PS3 and re-installed Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. For a ten-year-old game, it is awesome.
