Is he in the pocket of Big CCD Scanners against Contact Image Sensor (CIS) Scanners?

Can we talk about Cisco networking gear or would he get Big Mad?

What's his stance on cisterns?

My last tentative day at my current position is: July 27th. It was going to be the week before but they asked me to work an additional week due to coverage. I gave a tentative date so they can post to hire someone and I can train them.

Sounds like she, like I did, was doing due diligence before just taking a job. You would think everyone would do that.

Odd that they don't have some type of retirement plan for you even if the company doesn't match it.

The insurance is odd too, but can be alleviated if the kids can be added to your husband's plan.

That is a very small company.

Glad you ended up taking the job. Hopefully it will be a lot better for you than the last one.

After checking out yesterday, we went to Candy Kitchen to get some salt water taffy for our Son. The weather in Ocean City wasn't bad when we left; a very light misting rain and wind.

Stopped in Salisbury at The Country House as my wife saw an advertisement for it. She loves country stores and bonus, it's next to one of their fire stations, so next year when we go back, I can get some pictures if the weather is better.

We also stopped at the Queenstown Outlet Mall for lunch and some shopping. My wife is now down for birthday gifts.

My boss is out for a family emergency again today, so I'm in charge through next Tuesday.

My husband is stepping down from his job at the end of August. His internships are during the day and he couldn't make is work with his schedule. It's the main reason I am going full-time. We are going to enroll the kids in CHIP. I think it has 8 employees.

60 degrees, only getting to 70

Misty, cloudy most of the day

No more rain until overnight

Chance of showers the next few days but not all out rain

Just missed a squirrel on the way to work

This morning I sent an e-mail to the HR at the IRS declining that position.

I'm either staying here for the long term or taking the position at the Pentagon if the company that is using my resume for the bid wins.

Quoting this so I can find it the next time you get excited about a job offer and then decline it.

Like I said, the position at the Pentagon may be worth it as it's a small company and I may have better opportunities to advance. If they win, I have a ton of questions for the Vice President and I'm in the drivers seat from what she's told me.

Caught a 3 foot king snake this morning. We have been getting a lot of rain, it's still pouring down right now, and the snake was in a huge puddle. I think it will be ok, it was just really cold. I moved it to some of the landscaping around my house.

He'd never make it in the real world.
