Default PSA Walkthrough Service

has anyone graded with PSA recently via their Walkthrough service? I'm sending a single card in today and would like to know how closely they're sticking to the 3-day estimate displayed on the site.

Anyone here got recent experience with this? Thanks!

I bet it's closer to 1 day..... You gonna flip out if they take 5 days?

Not sure if this applies to the premium levels but PSA is back to taking 3 weeks to check in orders. After they are ENTERED then the official TAT clock starts.

They’re not perfect, but the higher service levels get processed on arrival. That’s the point of the barcode.

quick update, package was delivered by USPS (registered mail) on 6/24 and i just received an email saying PSA received it (6/27).

yesterday i spoke on the phone with a PSA rep who said they’re running 2-3 days behind on premium tier services. im expecting my grade to pop early next week. fingers crossed!

crazy, right? lol

this is my 1st ever sub with PSA. im a SGC regular after getting fed up with BGS. But for the card i’m grading, it only makes financial sense to go with PSA

6/24 doesn't count as that is a Saturday, which also means that it was delivered to the PO Box, not to PSA location. Thus, it was picked up by PSA on 6/26. Sometimes there is a delay when you get the received status email, as you can see it received on your dashboard before you usually get the email. I bet it goes to grading by Thursday, might pop on friday.....

Again - your clock doesn't start until your order moves to Stage 3 (Research & ID). TAT quoted is 3 business days from then. The Arrival email is a courtesy but doesn't start anything official under the PSA clock.

EDIT: They consider the order finished when they charge you and the grades pop. It could take another week or so to get it back in hand.

Why would they need to you to authorize the shipping fee... Wasn't it in the submission, or did you select the wrong option, like to use your own account or something?

PSA has a brand new Walkthrough quick service.

It's called SGC.

i’m not sure, but it’s likely i goofed somewhere on the original sub form. it’s my first PSA sub; i pray that’s the only issue i run into.

Looks like the price of walkthrough service changed from $600 to $780.

I didnt know this either regarding Walk-through service:
Graded card will be returned inside a fitted sleeve protector

It is still $600. Maybe they looked at a group submitter who is trying to make $180.

Edit: The dual-service walkthrough is $780, that is the mistake they made.

My bad, I was looking at the dual auto grading walk-through service. Price is still $600.

I was thinking that was a strange thing to highlight. Maybe it is the protector for the slab? Also weird to note.
