I thought Duran had a lot of potential a few years ago and I think that potential is starting to be realized. If he is figuring it out, we might be in for some fun seasons with him!

He was spectacular with my son and his friends last year in Worcester. Talked to them in CF for most of the game and brought them a ball. He's got fans for life in my house.

But, he's not a hobby good anymore. And I'm okay with that

Thanks for the feedback. I love when I turn on a random game - see a dude have just a “dude” performance - then see how others view him. I might’ve picked up a couple in the bay.

Duran is playing incredibly well. He might be almost 27, but he is having a great season. Extremely fast with 17 SB now and 3rd in the majors with 27 doubles with about 100+ less ABs than the 3 guys ahead of him. He is also getting close in plate appearances to qualifying for batting average leaders where he is currently at 0.319 which would be 4th in the majors.

Dude deserves some props. He is playing very, very well. Quite the comeback for a guy most were writing off as finished 3 months ago.

3-5 today with his 5th HR, another double, 3 RBI and another SB
