Spoke to them this morning and "nothing is showing up in this submission as a hold up" and "we're moving dual service value to 75 business days and we haven't passed that yet so there is nothing we can do".

So wait another 2 weeks and then they can escalate my inquiry. They had no answer for how this order will be graded, QC'd and returned in the next 7 or 8 business days to comply with the 75 business days service. I'm sure next conversation will be a reminder that return times are estimates only.

I dont think I'll even have this back for hockey season.... which is super frustrating.

Well I am sending some cards in to PSA... I have some 1983-84 Star cards that need to be slabbed including my Worthy RC or XRC, whatever you want to call it. Might crack a few of my 80's CSG slabs that I believe got undergraded for a chance at a bump. My collectors club membership runs out soon, so why not.

Competed by PSA 6/23
Had to hold the package until available but shipped 7/3 and arrived 7/6.

Great turnaround on the value bulk vs. Original 65 day estimate!

What does PSA consider business days? I randomly will see updates posted on the weekends but do they still only consider business days Monday through Friday with the exception of any holidays?

Yes business days are only M-F

And moved to grading last night at about 10pm.

Wtf haha. I’ll take it, hope the rest of the process is reasonable.

What's peculiar is PSA has zero idea how to manage labor or resources. I've been preaching that for a while now and only now are people beginning to agree.

They don't understand work flow or resource management. It's clear as day by looking at any tracker available. They're the best in the business when it comes to added value, but the worst run company of the three. Even though Beckett tried to take that trophy from them, PSA is managing to snatch it back.

About how long does the usual Value order to go from received to entered? They received my order on 6/22 and still not even entered.
