Any idea what’s going on with 2023.269? It got assigned on 6-21-23 and it still says shipped to PSA. Have they just entered it into the system?

Unfortunately, some subs have been slower to be checked in but they are at PSA. The status will update once they actually process it.

Quick question regarding the National consignment service you posted about on instagram.

Do we send you the cards ahead of time or can we drop them off at the show? I have a couple cards that may fit well with this.

Easier for our record keeping if you send them ahead of time. If you want to drop off there just fill out a form on the website so we have the info and in the form note you are dropping them at the national.

Hey I had a value submission that says it was delivered Monday but hasn't been logged in as received. Not trying to be annoying about it just a little worried cause normally they seem to be logged right away

Great to get emails that submissions are now in QA2. I have 2 and 1 is actually finished because I had some low numbered pop zero cards that are now pop 1. A lot of consignment coming

Is there a certain time of the day that the website updates your submissions status? I have 2 submissions in QA2 and don’t want to keep checking every 10 minutes to see if they popped if I don’t have to

If the submission has not become single cards, you are a ways away. Usually the submission converts to individual cards a couple of days before they are to receive them back.

Usually they update completed orders with grades around 11pm EST - at least that's when my last few submissions have updated. The other status updates can happen anytime, but I believe their system holds the "completed" updates for a specific time.

Subs will stay in QA2 until we manually pop them the day before they arrive to our office.
