Great take in my opinion. This kid could be downright dangerous to pitch to in his 27-30 seasons. Your physical prime is 27 and by then look at the experience Vlad will have acquired. I see good things down the road..it’s happened to players in the past.

Nope. Someone bought the Acuna (also in a PSA 10 slab) on eBay a couple weeks ago and I never even saw it.

The JRod (in a BGS 10 slab, if you can believe it) sold on Goldin about a month ago, I really regret not throwing another bid or two at it (I was the underbidder).

Thanks! I'm done loading up on multiple mid-low end and now I'm focusing on rare and "eggs in one basket" cards. I sold a ton over the last two years to whittle the collection down to maybe 50 cards and got rid of most other players to focus on Vlad.

I think it's more likely Vlad is on the verge of eating himself out of the league by 30 than he'll suddenly morph into prime David Ortiz, jmo... Of course Ortiz was juiced to the gills so probably not an apt comparison either way

I don’t want trouble with anyone. My intent is not to troll or flame, but I wish that the repeated offenders would be handled. The “ignore” function does not account for quoting, so it’s not the answer.
