Default Research Help - Beckett Slab - LeBron 40/40 Draft Party

I picked up this 2003 Topps LeBron the other day at auction and was hoping some of y'all would be able to help confirm the story behind this BGS label?

I'm confused reading the label - it makes it seem like the card is from an event on draft day? Or maybe some sort of redemption through Beckett that was given at the party?

Bit of googling - The 40/40 Club was Jay-Z's famed sports-bar. The club opened June 18, 2003 and it was announced earlier this month that it is closing after 20 years. I didn't know anything about the 40/40 Club until I got this card. It sounds like a fairly legendary place in NYC - or at least one time was.

This 6/26/03 Draft Party would have been one of it's first major events after the grand opening.

Pretty neat story if that's what this card is from?

Here's a pic of 18 year old LeBron at the Grand Opening party at Jay-Z's 40/40 Club - about a week before the draft

How did Beckett distinguish between that card and a base card?

I guess that's what I'm getting at. Why is the BGS label on my original post so different?

A normal base 03 Topps card should be -
2003 Topps
#221 LEBRON JAMES

Example below -
