I gotta here the examples on this.....

Work with a great promo guy, get put over. Yea what a death sentence

Riley, Aron Stevens, Bo Dallas, Curtis Axel all these guys were the hottest they ever were with working with the Miz soon as they were done WWE forgot about them and they were gone from the company soon after. How many guys went on to have big programs after having a big program with the Miz? Not many and I am not counting guys who were already big before working with the miz. So yah you can do your pathetic eyeroll but it's a fact that lots of guys who worked with Miz did not go on to do much after they had their first big shot with him.

None of these guys were doing anything before being paired with the Miz. Dallas/Axel got the tag champs after being with Miz which is a miracle for those two. Sandow/Riley were bigger deals after their feuds, Riley got in his own way and WWE just didn't see anything in Sandow for some reason. To say LA Knight could go no where after feuding with Miz is just being silly. WWE is CLEARLY pushing him and he's obviously going to go over Miz.

Look at your post, how many "big feuds" has Miz really had? Definitely not big feuds with ANY of the 4 guys you listed. Most were when he had the IC title and a lot of those feuds were terrific. Reigns/Ziggler etc. Seems you have made up. a narrative and are trying to alter history.

Terry Funk has passed, at age 79.

One of the greatest ever. RIP, Funker.

Dang just 79 ? He looked like he was in his 60's back in the 90's when he feuded with Flair.

I knew he had been in poor health for several years....RIP

Was never a fan of his wrestling abilities and fully believed he was better as a manager type talent. That said horrible sad news and prayers to his family.

I know everyone will be waiting with bated breathe for a cause of death but I would not be shocked with his past with mental health issues if it ends up being an overdose of some type.

He had a heart attack after battling an illness.

Way to go.

If you are referring to brayy it was a heart related issue due to a battle with covid earlier this year. Wonder if he was vaccinated..

Man...Just got home from work to see the news about Bray's passing...

Hits hard, he was so young, and I was such a big fan of his. Just gut wrenching.

Didn’t even realize Smackdown is in town tonight. Wouldn’t normally have much interest in going but may have to now. Granted I’m not sure how enjoyable it’s gonna be to be emotionally wrecked publicly w a crowd of people but feels like it could be cathartic to be there.

Just because you have mental health issues doesn't mean that you automatically have a drug issue...

But thanks for your theory "guy who doesn't listen to internet doctors, but doesn't mind being one..."

I'm a casual wrestling fan but I'll miss Wyatt and his creativity for sure. As a fan of the Undertaker, Kane and Mankind, I loved the more supernatural type characters. Wyatt and his personas filled that niche for me and then some. I'm not sure how the WWE will fill that character void now.

I hope Smackdown starts with Braun/Howdy/etc standing in the ring with the lanterns. Do the 10 count and then blow out the lights just to have Fiends face popup on the screen one last time.

+1

Did they ever get to finish the Howdy story? Last I remember they kept teasing it months ago but it never came to be.
