Haven't submitted a ton of orders lately but had two (one elite, one select) delivered on 8/16 and they're still not logged in my account.

I don't recall it usually taking a week+ for them to show as received but maybe I'm not remembering correctly. Is this the current norm?

My submission was delivered on Tuesday, Aug. 15 and nothing logged in up until this morning. I inquired through the customer service platform on the site and coincidence or not, my submission hit no more than 5 minutes later.

A few cards from the summer discount box shipped the morning after the sale was announced just became ready to list this afternoon.

No update on the batch shipped on the last day and received last Wednesday, but it sounds like I am in the same boat as a lot of others.

Made the wrong assumption that they would be able to start the clock on batches in under 2 weeks.

My account shows submission arrived now. Just started a sale for 30-40% off to see if I can generate some revenue and trim port before this new batch starts populating.

I followed up with COMC today to see what their backlog is to get a better idea when I could expect to get the submission receipt e-mail.

I was told they are still processing shipments from 8/15 and that my package received 8/16 should be recorded as received early next week.

A few weeks ago my ETA for a bunch of stuff was today, and there were almost 200k items pending processing before me. As we got closer the date moved to 9/1, and I checked every day (I don't know why, I just find it fascinating) and as of last night there were 137k or so.

I just received an email telling me my order was shipped. Pretty happy about it, but what a weird system.

Sent two medium size flat rates with five total orders in them on Monday 8/14. Arrived Wednesday 8/16 and checked in all orders today 8/25.

I have a question and I think I know the answer but not sure. I noticed a card as NOT FOR SALE. I thought I might have accidently hit it when I was in Inventory Manager. When I click it now it says pending sale. Would that be an ebay sale?

Some good news. My select order that was received on 8/14 and logged on 8/22 started having cards listed today

Usually it's an eBay sale.

COMC also allows payment by check or money order. So if somebody checked out using that method, the item should go into pending status.

If the check/MO isn't received within a certain period, the card will be auto relisted at your previous asking price.

I am familiar with the temporary not for sale being a pending payment and the reasons behind it. It is normal for me to often have a couple of those.

Three days ago, I had this happen, but the unusual part is that the number of not for sale cards keeps going up a little at a time and is now up to 21. Nothing seems to be clearing within that timeframe.

Is anyone else noticing this? Is it a glitch with payments being processed or do I happen to just have a customer who really likes my cards running up a tab?

Thanks for the update. I have a package that was delivered to COMC on 8/16 and still not checked in, so I appreciate this info.

How do you work out how many of these you have efficiently?

The way I do it, is to use these search items on my Inventory
Show items: WITHOUT prices not flagged to ship
On top: Least For Sale by Me

The number shows up as not for sale on the right. I usually list everything in my inventory, so if there is nothing pending, the not for sale will show as 0 most of the time.

You can also run a search in inventory managre by not for sale or least for sale.

If there is any question on whether a card on that list falls under that, you can tell by clicking the save icon, it will say "there is a pending sale" instead of for sale.

For the cards showing up as "only sold out", is there a way to find out when they were sold?

If you've got history points, you click the bar graph button on the page, then you can mouse over the sales info on the right side and see the date the highest priced one sold for.

I asked them a few years ago if they could change how they showed the prices. I would love to see all of the prices and dates sold. Even if they showed the highest and lowest with dates would be more helpful to sellers and buyers.
3 years ago the card sold for $10 but last week one sold for $1.00 or the other way around. The one card sold for $10 and all the others sold under $4. This would give you a better feel of what the card is really doing and not just that it sold for that high price once so price it at that or higher or buy it at that price.

Some of the cards showing as sold out have never sold and arent for sale anymore. Maybe someone sent a card to COMC and they had it processed but the seller never put it up for sale or they did but took it down later.

The chart/graph shows the number of cards sold each quarter and the average price for that quarter.
