Help determining value of /5 Josh Allen

have this /5 Josh Allen The National Rookie and I’m having trouble getting a value and if I should hold it or sell. Just threw a number on it but don’t have a good reference point and honestly have no clue.

A /99 sold for 133 in June.
+ Rookie, JA
- National, College Uni

My guess is $4-600.
