I agree. These are my favorite and are available for decent enough prices. They pretty much nailed the insets IMO. I've got no interest in the base set or parallels, but I'm going to enjoy snagging some cool-looking inserts.

LCS wanted $23 a pack, $400 a box.

I looked around to see if Crazy4Kinzler was around.

Picked up a box at the LCS today, hit a Gunnar Henderson Stars in the Night, Dylan Cease orange /25, de Grom aqua /199, Bryan Bello blue pulsar(?) /99, and Groshans nucleus refractor. Best thing is I actually like the inserts (I also liked the trophy hunters in SCC). It's a nice change because Topps has pretty much sucked at inserts until recently.

Not the best names on the autos but 1:8+ boxes for a chrome auto and over 18 boxes for the insert auto.

How did you get smoked? That’s half your money back at the minimum, likely a good bit more. Pretty damn good return for modern wax. Nice break

I hit the same Seager auto and Ohtani in one of my boxes from Topps. The Nucleus was Outman but the numbered parallel was a gold Mcutchen. The Seager auto sold for more than what I thought it would so might be surprised by what you get back for those boxes. The Adley Nucleus might get back more than you expect.

Since any auto is one in 3-4 boxes, imagine if you had not pulled any autos at all.

Right - holding the Ohtani, Alvarez and Adley Nucleus refractor for PC. Hoping the Seager goes for 90 like yours (only one I saw on 130 pt).
I guess it’s just seeing other posted breaks w/ the novas and PP’s had me a bit bummed. I think I’ll get some $ back yes. Just always bummed when you don’t pull the exact cards you want haha

I’m glad I didn’t pay more than presale price.

Really, nobody should be paying anywhere near $400-$450 for their own personal opening.

That's the current breaker rate - $15 per random team per box.

Hopefully, once the next product comes out, these will be better priced for personal opening.
