100% agree, CGC seems to be grading right now at the same standards as early green label CSG.

I think that's something on the slab. It definitely didn't have an indent when I sent it in.

my orders finally shipped.

Had one tough order and one not as much. guessing depends on the grader to some extent. So... same as PSA.

overall still pleased

think they screwed up one my reholders tho. sent in green csg 9.5 gem mint and coming back as 9.5 should be 10 now.

If you get in touch with them they can fix it. I had a reholder issue and customer service was top notch in taking care of it.

The early green label grading was brutal.

Over the last six months I have felt the grading was not overly harsh and has been the same on all my orders.

So unless it errors out at like 12 sports card at bulk rate then dont worry, just throw in 13 of the other.

I havent done it like this, but they stressed that many times over when all the announcements were happening. Maybe just contact them if you really wanna hear it from them fyi

Looks like the CGC website is going down on September 9th and when it comes back up, they will have the consolidated order form. Looks like I will hang onto my cards and submit them then.

That is good to know, I will do the same. I didn't have 25 star wars cards to submit. Much easier to add those to the sports pile.

I want to put a bulk order together, but don't want to insert 50 cards and have CGC update their page. Only doing sports cards. Any news if they are actually doing an update today?

Their website was down earlier this morning and the ordering page has been unavailable most of the day. They also promoted the update on social media%

The page was unavailable for a few hours. I see that some updates have been made, but see there are still two forms. There are problems with the updates they did make. The registry was updated. All of my pristine 10 sports cards now show as Gem Mint 10s again. The pictures from my recent re-holder orders have also vanished.

It is now unavailable, so hopefully active later today. I am debating between sending a 25 card order this and next week, or just one 50ish bulk. Also sending a 5 card order to SGC because CGC is taking their time getting slabs to fit cards like 1952 Bowman and 1951 Topps. Don't like the SGC slabs as much, but they are a lot nicer than slabbing with a stupid free floating plastic sleeve.

I am sending a PSA order this week and a SGC order for the Topps Chrome special as well. I am pretty sure SGC and CGC will come back before PSA even checks in the order.

My first sub is in QC/Finalized status. A small 25 card bulk order comprised of some PC I just want slabbed and a few re-sell test pieces. They received my order on 8/24.

However, it has not been a completely smooth process as they failed to account for my grading credits on my order and charged the full cost of the order. I have sent 2 emails that have gone un-replied to, so that is a little frustrating. I guess I'll have to give them a call to hopefully get the credits accounted for.

I went through this on my first submission that I submitted the first week of August and it took a few weeks to get the credit resolved. For some reason they apply the $150 credit to the TCG side of their business so you would have been OK if it had been TCG submission. Things should get better once the CGC and CSC systems have all been merged. I had to call customer service and give them the credit card to apply the credit to and then they have to give that info to the CGC Accounting Team who actually applies the credit back to your CC.

Submission just hit. Working down the list slowly. Couple of keys:

2x Jordan 1989 SI Kids #16 - 6 & 6.5 - PSA would not grade these (claimed min size) but I knew they were good because I personally took them from mags I had as a kid.
