Palladium 24 was Spot and it was pulled because Marvel doesn't like cards of upcoming movie characters to appear in sets..much like Deadpool wasn't in MM2022. I believe Spot was supposed to have a base card as well, it was pulled and I think they added in one of the Spider-Man cards.

But they still included cards of Ben Reily, Spider-man 2099, Spider-Gwen and Miles Morales. Am I missing something?

There was no reilly card. And the rest were well known to be in the movie , spot’s identity as the villian was being held back

Technically there was a scarlet spider palladium but my point still stands. Spot’s role in the movie was being hidden when this set was produced
