Luve is huge where I live. They were considered a local band.

How did I leave off Live? Though in my defense I listed only Candlebox. I guess I didn’t pick Live because I figured everyone thought them awesome, hell they even made an episode of MTV Unplugged.

Fun factoid of Live, “Deep Enough” is featured in the first few minutes of the original Fast & Furious but isn’t apart of its soundtrack. Oh man was that really over 20 years ago.

Massive Spill is actually pretty close lol. Overflow. We weren’t known a whole lot outside of Flint.

I'm glad others have the same appreciation for Live as I do. Wish they had a different name. Googling Live Concert Tickets is a real pain.

Not a band really but I’m a big fan of Joan Osbourne. Her debut album Relish is a start to finish classic to me.
Another artist I dig where her biggest hit “one of Us” isn’t anywhere near her best songs.

If you reply with...."last one on eBay sold for this"...then you should have bought it on eBay.

Towards the end of the 90s I used to like Lit a lot. I don't know if they can count as being underrated though.

Also, The Mermen were a truly great guitar band in the 90s that I don't think received a whole lot of notoriety given their actual worth.

Did you know they were a country band these days? Weird stuff.

Looking at the options (and the bulk of those being mentioned as "Other"), seeing bands that all sold millions of records (well, probably not Econoline Crush) and then being left to decide which of this bands in "criminally underrated" is quite the tall task.

Probably easier to argue that all of these bands were "criminally overrated and oversold" when compared to their talent and influence. (Of course, the mention of helmet is probably the lone "influential" band listed.)

Love the Goo Goo Dolls...also liked "Lazy Eye" from the Batman soundtrack.
