You’re going to be quite disappointed this year. Might want to add that to your weirdo countdown list

So I checked the rankings for the first time last night. U Of M, PSU, and OSU are at the top and undefeated. Nobody else is ranked. Wisconsin has a good record but haven't played much. Iowa is next and they can't score.

OSU looks wobbly. PSU/UM really is the game to determine the Big Ten title. The round robin of those three teams are the only thing that matters this year.

Rest of the league is just bad, seems to be no middle ground "annoying" teams. USC/Oregon are going to run rough shod over the west conference. (I get the no conferences set up so far).

It is disappointing to see how bad the rest of the conference is playing this year. Fickell may still be able to get something going at Wiscy. Also, don't assume USC, Washington and Oregon will be as good next year with new QBs. But yeah, most of the West looks set to struggle for at least awhile. Tuck set MSU back considerably. We'll find out soon if Frames Janklin is for real or not when they play AnOSU.

I think we can safely assume all 3 of those school take a step back. That's not criticism, that's just the reality of having new quarterbacks replacing guys who are currently playing very very well. Those 3 QBs are currently the Vegas odds top 3 favorites for this year's Heisman and oh, by the way, one of those guys already has one. They are not going to be easily replaced.

I reserve the right to change my mind if something happens like Williams decides to stay another year or one of those teams grabs a baller through the transfer portal.

It's possible Michigan could take a step back next year if JJ goes. Some might say AnOSU has already taken a step back with their current QB. Got to play the games and see what shakes out!

Frames Janklin commenting on Michigan schedule right before PSU takes on mighty UMass is something.

Right before this falls off Page 1, I am swooping in to rescue this thread with my weekly half-baked take on the upcoming contests.

Bucky Badger over (No Offense) Hawkeyes
Rotgers gets it together at home and compounds Sparty's season of pain
AnOSU downs Boilermakers, then goes out and still beats Purduke
Meechigan keeps rolling over Hoosiers
Terderps smoke the Biting Illini (Worst of the West)
Paterno State gets past UMASS

BYEs - Minnesota, Northworstern

Some rain and wind in the forecast tomorrow. Will be interested to see if OSU can get the running game going between the tackles if the passing game is hindered by weather

I think AnOSU will win handily. But Purduke will be better competition that <cough> UMass, ffs.

It's really too bad there are apparently no PSU fans in here. Some of the old regular supporters of other West teams have also completely vanished.

I don't know.... UMass is playing for their playoff lives because no team has ever made the playoffs with 7 losses..... so they may come out tough...

Potential bad weather, Penn State look-ahead. There have been some tough games in West Lafayette. Ugh, it's on Peacock too so I can't even watch it
