Question for Michael Jordan card experts

Ok Jordan experts. Need help on this one. Bought a collection and it had the 1998 Career Collection box set in it. I opened the box and this was on top. I was able to find that this is a 1997 Collector’s Choice panel - so not the same year as the cards in the set. Can’t tell if this came with this set or if someone just put in the box because it fit. Can only find one BGS 9 for sale on eBay for $999. Is this worth anything? Thanks in advance

COMC doesn't seem to know what it is, but one sold for $9 back in 2011, if that helps... ;-)

MJ1-MJ9 individual cards were inserted in 1997-98 Japanese Collector’s Choice.

Im not sure about the complete panels.
