Agreed that there’s a significant downgrade in value for these compared to pack pulled parallels.

The Mitchell PSA10 went for $140 a month ago. A Tatum Orange PSA10 that has a lower PR and is more desirable went for $680 a couple weeks ago. I don’t pay for those comp sites so I don’t know what a raw or PSA9 Tatum /249 has gone for recently.

Granted, this is a pretty terrible time to sell right now but still, I think this set has lost a ton of its luster. Plus, most of the autos would be giant kicks in the you know what.

So way too risky for my tastes but it’s pretty wild that BO still has at least 2% of the sealed print run today. Guess not everything sold during the pandemic boom lol.

Haha, that happened to me with a few deals (one that didn’t come back yet and the other that came back a little higher). It’s still a great buy at $2000 though, but $1700 was especially nice.

Hahaha, it’s always funny to see but you see it everywhere. The other day, I saved myself a buck by buying mouthwash individually (2) instead of the 2-lot deal. You can save money by knowing how to do math. You might overpay if you don’t.

Tim, because of what you previously shared with me, I easily identified it as a “steal deal” without doing any extra research. While I no longer wanted to sit on that one jumbo box I previously bought (sitting on a single high-end box is a little too risky for me), I jumped at the 20-box lot deal.

Current black Friday prices are just prices that these boxes should have been pre covid. Example: 2023 topps hobby at $60 and jumbo at$130, 2023 ginter case at 999.99, and many more. It makes you think you're getting a deal but you're basically paying the price of pre covid. I see they have 2014 topps turkey red football for $20. These were $4-5 a few years ago during black Friday deals.

Ohtani autos are LIVE,...in the 2018 Bowman blasters....??

I plan on busting some & saving some, but I'd certainly be inclined to bust,....LESS,...if they aren't. Thank you.

Ginter Hobby wasn't $999/case regular price pre covid, maybe on BFs.

Also, stuff like $699 2013 EE case was at one point $4000 pre covid, so there's a context for each individual product.

2006 Fleer Hot Prospects Football hobby box - you could actually arbritage this and make 23 cents profit per box! BO price is $49.77 and competitor site says they are sold out and will pay $50 for them. Time to get rich quick.

Maybe is someone is into the WNBA they can open at that low of a price and do okay. If all 3 of the WNBA fans would get together they could corner the market.

Shortly before Covid, Ginter preorder cases were right around $1K. My BO preorder in 2018 was like $1,050. Didn't buy a case in 2019. In 2020 (middle of Covid) it had shot up to $1,500+.

Black Friday sales always remind me that I’m overpaying for the junk products throughout the year.

You can also find out what products are in higher demand because they are never on sale.

Yeah, but it's WNBA. I can't even sell any of the NBA Origins I got and I'm priced below comps. Also, eBay can't even distinguish between "Origins" and "Original".
