Yeah, yesterday I sat at home doing eBay stuff due to the weather. I'm looking at some trips this year. I mentioned to my dad that I want to go to the National one year, he said why not this year? So now I'm looking at a trip there.

Anybody that been to the National in Cleveland before, what advice do you have for traveling in and places to stay? I'm really going to see about going. The National is a bucket list item, so maybe it's time to check it off.

I always stay in Middleburg Heights. There are plenty of hotels and places to eat. More places to eat just a little south in Strongsville. It's an easy drive from E. Bagley Road and up Front Street in Middleburg Heights to get to the IX Center. And, the train lover in me, loves all of the Norfolk Southern and CSX trains in Berea.

I always drive to the National. You never know what you are going to find to buy there and I don't want to have to ship anything back.
