Jones has already said McCarthy is safe. Plus, you can't fire him after 12 wins and a playoff berth.

Again, Jones has said McCarthy is safe. So not happening. Plus, we don't want Bellycheck. He aint nothing without Brady.

I was wrong, I did NOT think love would be this good. I was happy with the growth of not only him, but the entire WR room. Green Bay has been a 3rd quarter team as well. Looking fantastic so far!

It’s cool. As long as they win a few regular season games every year, he’s happy.

Good lord, you have to know how sports works at this point, right? Do you know how many coaches have been fired A) after a playoff appearance or B) after a "vote of confidence" from the owner?

that was said before this game. If the game continues like this and they lose big at home to the 7 seed, Jones may change his mind. He may lose alot of fans if he doesnt make a move.

Right. Some of it luck. But this offense has been terrible. Defense hasn't helped at all. It was still a good year with 12 wins and the playoffs. No one had Dallas past Round 2 anyway. So just lost 1 point in my bracket.

To be fair I don’t think Jerry envisioned getting blown out at home like this. I’d be surprised if he makes it though this if they lose by double digits

12 wins and getting wrecked in the playoffs. Damn good year.

And here is the main difference between LaFleur and McCarthy. When McCarthy was coaching the Packers if he was up by 17 in the middle of the 3rd quarter he would shut down the offense and try to coast to the finish. LaFleur knows he has to keep the foot on the gas.

You know that’s a two sided thing though. If he steps on the gas and it costs him then people would be complaining too. Just cant win

Not really. He would try to coast at this point in the 3rd quarter. Now if you are up 17 in the middle of the 4th quarter then fine.

Frank Reich helped bring Buffalo back down 35-3 to the Oilers in the playoffs. A team that demolished them the week before. And in college the same guy brought back a team down 31-0. Both times as the back up.

Packers have been able to run, should be able to coast from here if they want.
