I just went back in and tried submitting my order but noticed that my return shipping went up from $40 to $44.99 now. Not the end of the world but still seems unnecessary given their issues last night; anyone else notice this?

Just got my package with all the really low grades. I inspected all of them and can't find anything that stands out with the exception that all of low ones which are 7, 6, & 5 all have a ding in the same corner as if they were all dropped together. At least that's all I can see or think it is.

100% would have never sent them in this way and now I don't know if there is any recourse since they were some really low numbered cards as well. Looking through any history of submissions would show I never submit cards that won't get at least a 9.

I obviously can't go back and see the first scans at this point.

I have reached out via contact us online, but has anyone ever dealt with this before and had a positive outcome?

Good luck, I've been stuck in green checkmark Assembly FOREVER on a Value Plus order (Order started Dec 12th, estimated completion was Jan 12th).

They are 1997 Panini WWF cards (the PSA registry trick shows some 10's so who knows maybe I'm stuck in up-charge hell?)

Never dealt with it myself but I think it is perfectly reasonable for you to ask to see a copy of a few of the first impression images and look for the dings there.

Why else would they take those images!?!?!

As long as you submit the CRC within their time frame since delivery, you can at least see what they have to offer. Late 2023 I sent a thick Panini timeless moments card into to be graded. I declared a $999 value on it. It came back a PSA 6 because the back of the card got scratches all over it - which I swear were NOT there originally.

PSA agreed to accept the card back to analyze, and ultimately decided to keep it as is - send me the card back and a $400 check to compensate the damage and said if it wasn't for that, the card would have been a PSA 9. I was satisfied with that, so definitely submit the CRC.

My 45 card NY special popped yesterday. They received it on 1/11/24. I had 1 card that was a PSA 4. Really weird low grade. I'll have to look at it closely.
