As an update, no refund was provided, I have no tracking information, and I have received no other communication from the seller. I suppose the possibility remains that these three cards end up on my doorstep over the next few days. I will wait until Saturday to file the Paypal claim.

Still no response from seller, no tracking information provided and no cards on my doorstep. My gut instincts were clearly spot on. Blowoutcards administrators have not responded either, so not sure what next steps are here. I also tried to file a Paypal claim and receive an automated message: "We’re sorry, looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try again." If anyone has been through this, I would appreciate your input.

Has anyone sold from the PSA vault and what’s the typical TaT for shipping and tracking?

Well it is now 2/4 with no other communication from the seller other than what you see here in this thread. He does not respond to PMs and never uploaded tracking information to Paypal. Respectfully, I don't think the PSA Vault and the potential for a material shipping delay has anything to do with this.

If you are unable to open a PayPal claim. I would suggest calling them and seeing if you can open a claim that way. This should be an open and shut decision on PayPal's part in your favor.

That is exactly what I did - I had to call and opened a case that way.

When you say "still no negative here", does that mean I have not provided the user with negative feedback? If so, that is my next step.

I processsed a return from vault to myself last week and got tracking the day after. In the past it has taken as long as 5-7 business days, which is what PSA/Goldin advertise as the handling time.
