What's the best method for leaving out an item in a PSA order? I got an order completed under last month's special but now learn that I'm not going to have a card that was part of it. Can I just strike it through with a pen and submit the rest of the order? It would be something like going from a total number of cards from 50 to 49.

It seems like some orders were shipped to New Jersey for grading. I had an order entered on 1/29 and was supposed to be delivered today. My other order was entered on 1/9 and it’s finally in QA check last Friday.

For those who have had orders go into a "completing" status, how long did it take for them to finally finish up? I don't recall every going into "completing", just "completed". Most frustrating thing is that even though it says grades are ready, I can't see them.

I'm hoping research and grading go as quick as others have, i was surprised it took longer to get to the order prep/research than my 1950s special i sent last Oct. That order went to grading fast then of course stalled.

When I prepped the order it showed $149.99 and 5 business days, when it was marked as received it was the same, the next day when it went to prep and research and ID it changed to 10 business days (new price is $129.99 10 business days for express vs $149.99 5 business days when I sent the order)

For my order from September, I received an email yesterday telling me that it is ready to ship but I need to update my payment info. Not sure why, but I submitted the payment info when I submitted the order. They told me to go to my order, scroll to the bottom, and click the payment method to update it. Once I did that, they would ship my order.

Then I remembered, I had a credit for when they damaged a card of mine in a past order and I had them apply to it this order. When they did that, the payment method changed to "unable to fetch payment method". So I told them I couldn't update the payment method on the screen. They said I had to contact accounting now to get it straightened out. I told them to just charge the same card that they charged yesterday on another order. So now I am bouncing back and forth between departments trying to give them information they already have.

Anyone run into this type of situation before with PSA?

Just heard back from PSA customer service about my credit card issue and the website. He pretty much told me that they have known issues/bugs with the website that they are in the processing of trying to fix and that to get this corrected I have to email accounting.

Speaking of bugs, for a separate order, I emailed info@psacard.com to have the shipping address updated. I received a reply that basically told me I need to use the online form and then had picture icons of different issues to select. When clicking on the subject you want to contact them about, it then takes you to a page that says "oops, something isn't right. Try back later". SMH.
