I have an update on a customer service form I entered on Feb 1st. (they advertise their goal to respond is 3 business days...) My collector's club reholder special that was supposed to be 65 business days ended up taking 94 business days. It was a miserable experience trying to get answers and talk to customer service the last month of the process. The customer service person told me to submit a form once my order was back in hand and they typically provide vouchers for that significant of a turnaround time breach. My order was $330 and today the rep that responded to my form notified me they were looking to offer $20-$40 based on manager approval for the delay... I guess anything is better than nothing, but I kind of thought it was a laughable offer. Was curious if anyone else has had a similar experience and what amount of voucher they offered.

I just had an order complete in 6 days when it hit R&ID. Of course, who knows when they will actually ship it.

Regardless, I have similar type orders that are still in R&ID since 1/20.

And this order results mostly sucked. Hope they aren't trying to just fly through to get the specials done.

I sent in two orders that arrived on 1/19 (75 card bulk special and 6 card value plus)

I didn't keep track of each through the different stages but both moved into Assembly around 2/1.

The 75 card bulk special moved to QA so I got the grades today. Crazy that I got it finished before the 6 card value plus deal, where I paid more for those for a faster service time!

My guess is that because that order had 2 thicker cards, they are running low on supplies or use a different machine? No idea. It went into Assembly faster and has stalled there. Not complaining by any means, as it's not due for another week or so... and I realize sometimes it can be longer. Just interesting that the much larger, slower service time order popped first.

There’s no reason IMO to use value plus. My last orders over the summer saw the same thing you did. Bulk finished first. So not only did you pay more for the order, you paid return shipping twice as well.

Unless you’re in a rush to get your cards back with a higher service level, bulk seems best. Let them up charge you (they’ll miss some). Then return everything in one shipment.

Agreed, I mean, it's a service advertised to be expedited. If the service is not delivering expedited TAs then I wouldn't use it.

I just recently got tickets back that they received in August. The tickets are obscenely slow. Guess they're focusing on cards, which I get, but this seems over the top.
