Not preventing you from reaching out to Nat here. Whine, whine, whine. That’s all the BODA groupies do these days. About a company they act like they’d never use.

Why all the vitriol? Is criticism of your favorite TPG too much for you? Also, I'm pretty certain that some who criticize PSA have more slabs than you do. We'd like a more accountable company...but I realize that you're just fine with things as they are.

The ratio of those who want more accountability to those who are just fine with things as they are is quite small and why, imo, there will never be more accountability than you are seeing now.

Did they unban you, or what did they offer to make it right?

Those cards are long gone. Sold at my store, online, or graded with another TPG.

I don’t whine about COMC. COMC flat out sucks. I bought from COMC plenty of times up until last summer. Until they became too lazy to add condition notes and dishonest sellers took advantage of it.

Thats your opinion. Some of us are doing fine.

Many of the posters here are critical of PSA and think they flat out suck.

See how it works?

Read a lot in this thread and none of it surprises me with PSA.
Further more why people should stop supporting the scam company that PSA is and give that business to SGC.

I did 10 orders all through 2020 with SGC and had a great experience.

If PSA took the money as soon as you submitted to them, like SGC does, it would be a different ball game. They get control of people's cards, and because they haven't charged us yet, why would they have a sense of urgency. When SGC hit the fan last year, they crapped their pants and hired 100 people. When you take the money, you're more invested in the outcome.

Nat needs to come to these boards and read what we write, NOT the other way around.

CEO leaders need to start acting more like leaders and serve their customers, not the other way around.

That's how its working these days... adapt, evolve, grow

Go read BGS threads from 2018-current and see how "charging up front" worked out for them

^Bingo. PSA's slow turnaround isn't from a lack of urgency, it's because they're the hobby standard. They get so much business they're just swamped. The backlog they have is just not comparable with the backlog SGC had to deal with last year. And I highly prefer the PSA model personally, because that means I only have to be out the grading fee for a few weeks (before I start selling) rather than a few months.

I'll look into later, thanks. Even still, look at the alternative now, with the tables turned, is it all good for PSA now?

I do wonder how many folks may have had their money a year ago, but do not have it now.

If you're submitting to PSA through a group sub many require payment upfront.

Those who want to recall their bulk subs before PSA grades them can request that. Some people have gotten their cards back just by paying return shipping.

Still waiting to see if Nat is going to have my ban lifted. He first said there was no way that they would have charged my account. After I gave him proof he came back and said his CFO said it was an accident and they ended up refunding me once they found out about it.

This is not true. They fought my charge back and my bank won the dispute.

I am guessing he is now trying to ask Steve to find reasons I was banned other than posting his lawyered up statement saying nothing to see here.

They learned well from our leaders in the government who hate to be criticized and look to get revenge for any perceived insult

PSA sent me a damaged slab, ignored me when i contacted them about it, then blocked my account when i filed a chargeback, alleged they never received my original emails and photos, then ignored me after i forwarded them again. now they are holding my cards hostage ... ignoring me ... they are in the wrong and they have my cards and what can i do about it?
